This product is the result of the company’s continuous R&D investment since entering the intelligent coating robot field in 2019, integrating core technologies such as AI visual recognition and adaptive spraying.
The robot features a multi-degree-of-freedom body platform and an innovative magnetic adsorption module, enabling it to adapt to over 98% of curved surfaces such as petrochemical storage tanks and cross-sea bridges. It can seamlessly surmount 25mm weld seams and obstacles, significantly reducing the risk of high-altitude manual operations. Compared with traditional manual work, its operation efficiency and safety are improved by more than 100%, effectively solving the pain points of low efficiency and high risk in industrial coating maintenance.
