On November 24, 2020, the Guangzhou Ruiyi Project Department received great news: our cooperative project, the first phase of the Guangzhou Zengcheng Cainiao Alliance Logistics Park, has successfully passed the joint completion acceptance, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production operations.
Alibaba is a well-known global e-commerce brand and currently the largest online trading market and business communication community in the world. Its Cainiao Logistics is an open, socialized logistics infrastructure covering the whole country, with more than a million square meters of warehousing and logistics facilities across over twenty provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide.
The Alibaba Cainiao fully automated smart warehousing base in Guangzhou Zengcheng covers an area of more than 100,000 square meters, handling the storage, sorting, and shipment of over 40,000 types of Tmall supermarket products across all categories. At present, the base can process over one million items daily, achieving a 30% efficiency improvement compared to traditional warehouses, while reducing the number of pickers by nearly 70%.
As a partner for the fireproof coatings on the steel structures of the Guangzhou Zengcheng Cainiao Alliance, our cooperation not only highlights the strength of our products but also reflects the industry’s recognition of our company. Since the start of the project, Guangzhou Ruiyi has fought against time, overcoming many challenges such as tight deadlines, heavy tasks, numerous construction obstacles, and concurrent operations, ensuring all processes were completed with guaranteed quality and quantity.
When the sky is bright and people sing joyfully, prosperity flourishes in every endeavor. The successful acceptance of this Guangzhou Ruiyi cooperative project marks a new milestone in the construction of Ruiyi projects. Our company will continue to work hard, forge ahead with determination, go all out, strive toward our established goals, and create wonderful achievements together! We sincerely thank all leaders and members of society who have shown care and support for Guangzhou Ruiyi!
